Counting the immigrants

Conflicting figures of immigrants are given by the ruling establishment which attempt to lull the people into a false sense of security by announcing false figures but the time has come when people in civilised white countries are now becoming aware of the phoney figures dished out and they are turning to parties loyal to the people.

 

The United Kingdom Independence Party which has managed to gain a foothold in the European parliament gives one example of one source of their figures. Even the Bank of England criticises the inadequacy of the government figures.

 

It is unfortunate that this party states that it is the only party telling the truth but this is a common occurrence with politics.

 

Included in the UKIP policies is a withdrawal from the European Union and a halt to the immigration of racial aliens.

A shot in the dark 02-11-2006   The latest immigration figures were described today (2.11.06) as being like a Pink Panther film because they are nothing more than 'A shot in the dark'. Nigel Farage, Leader of the UK Independence Party said: "How can we take seriously figures obtained by carrying out a snapshot survey at airports?" "What about the hundreds of thousands of immigrants from Eastern Europe who have arrived by ferry and coach?  It's pure farce, with Home Secretary John Reid perfectly cast as the bumbling Inspector Clouseau.  These figures just cannot be taken seriously. It doesn't include the hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants. Even the Bank of England has complained that the Government doesn't know how many people are living in the country." "If it's true that 500 British people are leaving this country every day, it is a shocking indictment of the state of this country today.  What is even more disturbing is that it will be 2014 before there are some border controls, and even then they will be controlled by the European Union."

Forward to the past Off its perch “Multiculturalism is dead. Long live interculturalism,” squawk the parrots. It’s official. Multiculturalism is off the twig. It’s kicked the bucket, shuffled off its mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin’ choir invisible; it is an ex-ism. In their report ‘Engagement with Cultures: From Diversity to Interculturalism’, which they launched on the 7th of July ’06, researchers Bill Law, Tim Haq and Asaf Hussain conclude that “…multiculturalism has failed.” The report details a ‘unique experiment’ carried out in Leicester to test whether or not interculturalism works. Bill Law is a regional director of the East Midlands Economic Network, Tim Haq is a consultant on inward investment, Asaf Hussain is an Honorary Visiting Fellow at the University of Leicester’s Centre for the History of Religious and Political Pluralism. All three are members of the Society for Intercultural Understanding (SICUL). Ah yes, the usual suspects. Interculturalism? Don’t mock. It’s the latest idea from the ideas people. They define it as, “…a sharing of cultural experiences with people from a different culture. It contrasts with multiculturalism which celebrates diversity.” And guess what, the three intrepid researchers discovered that interculturalism does indeed work! Now fancy that. Published by the Institute of Lifelong Learning at Leicester University, the report covers the setting up and observation of various events which encouraged contact between ‘communities’, and guess what, “…the results proved the success of interculturalism”. This, say the researchers, “…sounds the death knell on the policy of multiculturalism which has seen communities develop separately in cities and co-exist with parallel lives. It was a concept and a social re-engineering policy with the best of intentions, but with little debate at the grass roots. It failed to recognise or ignored the dangers of religious fundamentalism with deadly consequences. It was yesterday’s message conveyed by yesterday’s men and women… Our message is simple. Britain’s population has to become integrated.” Tomorrow’s message from yesterday’s man It’s interesting that Law, Haq, and Hussain should be so cruelly dismissive of multiculturalism and its proponents, “…yesterday’s message conveyed by yesterday’s men…”, yet at the same time invite one time high profile advocate of multiculturalism Ted Cantle to write the foreword to their report. Cantle is a 1970’s sociology graduate (say no more) and former lefty housing officer who successfully climbed the greasy pole and now has a finger in many pies. A very useful idiot, he was at the forefront of the imposition of multiculturalism on the British people until his investigation into the race riots in Burnley, Bradford, and Oldham in 2001 (and the subsequent Cantle Report) after which he began to shift his feet and the concept of ‘community cohesion’ took root. In an interview with the Guardian (21.09.05), Cantle admitted that during a 30-year career in local government, spanning housing officer to chief executive, he was guilty of promoting this “ …now outdated model of race relations. We built community centres for Bangladeshis and other groups, but what we forgot to do was to find common bonds between them.” It just sort of slipped his mind. Shortly afterwards, writing in the Times (18.10.05), Cantle further exposed the limits of his thinking, “The events of recent years, stretching back to the race riots and the atrocities of September 11 in 2001 to the London bombings in July, have shattered our multicultural consensus. We had expected that our communities would be growing together, not becoming more distant…” In other words, he and the other ‘scientists’ managing the multicultural experiment got it wrong, big style. Cantle has been undone by his own reckless naivety; while he and his ilk were doing all they could do to encourage diversity they were doing it with the expectation “…that our communities would be growing together.” Duh! How on earth did he miss that contradiction? If ever there was an example of a man promoted to the height of his incompetence it is that of Professor (sic) Ted Cantle. The multiculturalism that he and the liberal elite once promoted “… was a concept and a social re-engineering policy with the best of intentions, but with little debate at the grass roots.” There was no debate, the liberal establishment just took the decision to “re-engineer” British society on multicultural lines and then called it a “consensus”, and on his admission Cantle took the lead in this – so much for his democratic credentials. Of course it was all done with the best of intentions - and thus Cantle et al paved the way to hell. Yet in spite of his short sightedness and stupidity, instead of being laughed out of existence, the Prof (as he no doubt likes to be known) has been put in charge of “re-engineering” British society, again. He’s already “re-engineered” it once and he made a complete balls-up. Where’s the evidence to suggest it will be different this time? Oh yes, I forgot, the evidence comes from the men from the Society for Intercultural Understanding. They proved it with their research, interculturalism does work - no, it really does. And Cantle is going to lead us away from multiculturalism towards social cohesion by way of interculturalism. Now why didn’t I think of that? The Cantle Empire Ted Cantle and the organisations he fronts occupy a powerful position. On matters race, culture, and community they are the experts. And by virtue of this alleged expertise, they have been given roles in policy making and in its implementation. The Cantle Empire consists of a research wing, the University of Coventry-based Community Cohesion Institute which he chairs, and an executive wing, the IDeA (Improvement and Development Agency – a sort of supra local government organisation) where he is Associate Director. The Community Cohesion Unit defines race/culture/community problems, and advises central government of their solutions in order to inform policy. The IDeA advises local government on ‘best practise’ in the implementation of that policy, ‘best practice’ being the promotion of egalitarian ideology. It seems that the IDeA was created to ‘guide’ local government in its transition from multiculturalism to interculturalism. With breathtaking arrogance, Executive Director Lucy de Groot writes, “As community leaders, local authorities have a crucial role to play in ensuring community cohesion principles are embedded into local life.” In 2004, along with the CRE, Home Office, The Inter Faith Network, and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (that must have been some party – you really couldn’t make this up) the IDeA helped write ‘Community Cohesion – an action guide for local authorities’. It’s all very neat. After his report on the 2001 riots the concept of “community cohesion” was subsequently adopted by the government and Ted Cantle was asked to chair the panel that advised ministers on its implementation. Five years later Ted has the Community Cohesion Institute saying what he’s been saying ever since he ditched multiculturalism, that communities now need to be brought together, and he has the IDeA making sure it happens by getting local government to play it by his community cohesion book. “Community cohesion” That the liberal establishment can gloss over their multicultural mess and change direction as though the mess had nothing to do with them is a measure of their contempt. They act as though multiculturalism just happened and they appear oblivious to its relationship with the ideas they’ve been promoting and the policies they’ve been implementing since the end of WWII. The Leicester University study “Engagement with Cultures: From Diversity to interculturalism” is little more than a rose-tinted view of the effect of inter-cultural events on what has been termed community cohesion. interculturalism brings cultures together and thus aids community cohesion – it’s obvious, innit? This is their big idea. It’s going to get us out of the hole that they’ve been digging for the past fifty odd years, they hope. All you have to do, they say, is bring together groups of people from different ethnic/religious/cultural communities and engage them in joint activities such that each will learn more about the other and in consequence each will understand the other better and thus like them more. Is this puerile rubbish the best that academia can do? In practical terms they seek to encourage for example such events as Pakistani women getting together with British women for joint chapatti and Yorkshire pudding making sessions, the rationale being that while they’re together they’ll see how much they have in common – provided of course all the ingredients conform to Muslim dietary requirements. But nowhere in all their blather is there any evidence to show that knowing someone better necessarily makes them more likeable. It’s just more wishful thinking from the airhead ideas people. The more I learn about Ted Cantle the more I dislike him; where once I saw him merely as a useful idiot I now see him as an egotistical, self righteous, and dangerous fool. And I don’t doubt for one second that the more he were to find out about me the more he’d dislike me too. So where does that leave the interculturalism/social cohesion thesis? Forward to the past Cantle’s investigation into the cause of the 2001 race riots was an exercise in fudge. They didn’t need investigating; their cause was obvious. They were the natural result of competing cultures occupying the same living space. But of course Ted Cantle couldn’t arrive at that conclusion. It questions the logic of mass third world immigration and through that questions the logic of egalitarianism. He might have changed his mind about multiculturalism, but he still believes in the equality of man. It was a difficult call for him. After all, he helped devise the multicultural agenda. Yet there’s no getting away from it, diversity does exactly what it says on the tin; it divides. Cantle’s solution attempted to unite the best of both of his worlds – he proposed a sort of ‘united diversity’ and called it community cohesion, and he kept his face straight too! It is a measure of the establishment’s multiculti predicament that they latched onto the community cohesion idea so uncritically. Had they given it a second thought they’d have seen it for the nonsense that it is. The term ‘community cohesion’ tends towards the tautological; if it’s not cohesive, it’s not a community. And anyway, since Cantle means it in the sense of the connectedness of communities it would have been more accurate to use ‘communities cohesion’ rather than community cohesion, although you can well imagine that the liberals who put this together would be the sort of people to baulk at the plural because of its ‘divisiveness’. Yet the term is now part of the politicians’ lexicon, and it’s beginning to influence policy too. Just a couple of weeks ago I was talking with one of our BNP councillors Colin Auty who told me about a community cohesion project his council was setting up. I phoned the council and asked whether its adoption of the community cohesion idea meant that it now regarded multiculturalism as passé. Nope, multiculturalism is still de rigueur in Kirklees. This highlights the mess that the establishment is in. The essence of the administration of local and central government is still multicultural, yet the executive wants to replace this with the community cohesion idea. interculturalism is their new theory for happy ever after. But the effort invested in maintaining the multicultural ideal has been so massive that these great bureaucratic machines continue to be driven by it; the inertia is proving difficult to overcome. Community cohesion got the official green light in 2001 yet it’s only just breaking the surface. To make matters worse for the community cohesion converts, they appear to have missed the obvious: Multiculturalism and the multicultural society are not one and the same. The multicultural society preceded multiculturalism. Third world immigrants arrived in such numbers that third world cultures became sustainable within our own culture. The multicultural society is a consequence of mass immigration and it represents the failure of integration. Multiculturalism is the establishment’s attempt to cover up that failure and it was born of the establishment’s need to legitimise the transformation of Britain into a multicultural society. Do they really think that the multicultural society will disappear just because they announce the demise of multiculturalism? Maybe they do – after all, self delusion is their greatest attribute. It seems we’ve been here before. Ted Cantle says he’s not an ‘integrationist’ yet according to the research that his foreword endorses, “Britain’s population has to become integrated.” And Cantle’s idea of community cohesion is in the final analysis an exercise in integration; it seeks to increase the connectedness of communities and by so doing to diminish the differences between them. That’s integration isn’t it? If it fails to work, again, has anyone any idea what plan ‘B’ is?

AUSTRALIANS FOR CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCHY

We have been very fortunate so far in Australia in that there have not been enough Aborigines for our traitors to exploit and succeed in using them to destroy in accordance with U.N. directives. However take a look at what has happened to South Africa and realise the problems that our descendents will have if immigration continues on its present course! How safe will it be for our farmers of the future?

It is our duty to pass on this country to our children in at least bas good a condition in which we found it.

Large numbers of Anti Australian foreigners will only destroy this country and its lifestyle. 

After our traitor SA government handed over power to the Black, Marxist ANC regime, the international Media tried to leave uninformed Americans and Europeans with the impression that South Africa, and all its different racial populations (Black - 9 different nations, Coloreds, Indians, some Chinese, and of course the creators of the civilization in SA, the Whites), would go off hand-in-hand into the sunset to live happily ever after under "Majority Rule". 

This is the reality of the situation, worked for so diligently by the sucessive American State Departments, and the CIA, the British regimes,  and the European governments in varying degrees.  To this coalition of the unholy, add the UN, the IMF, World Bank, the transnational mega corporations, foundations and trusts, such as the Ford Foundation, Carnegie Trust, the Carlyle Group, Rockefellers (Rothschild financial empire), et al. 

These worked admirably with the Soviet Union, which in turn supported and trained the Black Communist ANC along with other groups like the PAC, in terrorist tactics.  The ANC headquarters were in London, where they were taken under the wing of the British Foreign Office and their left arm, the Anglican Church (of which the British Queen is the head), and the World Council of Churches with its SA affiliate the SACC. 

To this superb team, add the International Media, and the fifth Column in South Africa, comprised of the Jewish-led and financed ultra left Progressive Party, who were apologists for the ANC, always demanding further concessions from the White Government.  The Progressive Party, later to become the PFP, was led by Helen Suzman.  The PFP was overwhelmingly supported by the Jewish community, and consistently funded by the financial mogul, Harry Oppenheimer (a member of the Rothschild financial empire).  Harry Oppenheimer at one time, through his companies De Beers and Anglo-American Corporation, controlled 54% of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Oppenheimer, the super capitalist, simultaneously funded the Communist ANC.   

Today, it is this man's company, De Beers, now under his son Nicky Oppenheimer, that is buying up South Africa at firesale prices through the policies adopted by the ANC Regime of "privatization", and through the "bribitization" of influential ANC officials with whom they are in partnership.

This is the real reality of South Africa, though it was sold to South Africans and the rest of the world as a whole different story, just as multiculturalism, open borders, and the toleration of illegal immigration -- oops sorry, "undocumented workers," is being sold to Americans, and Europeans now.  Look at this blogsite well, it is your future America and Europe.

The Third World War?

There is a list of people who advise President Bush, most are Israeli citizens.

Bush should discard them and much of the terrorist conflict would disappear. He should then concentrate on South Africa which has become the murder capital of the world along with Zimbabwe. Before you bedrock Zionists accuse me of anti-Semitism, this is not MY prediction but that of Martin van Creveld, professor of military history at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem as quoted in an article by David Hirst and published in the Observer on Sunday September 21, 2003:

‘We possess several hundred atomic warheads and rockets and can launch them at targets in all directions, perhaps even at Rome. Most European capitals are targets for our air force. Let me quote General Moshe Dayan: “Israel must be like a mad dog, too dangerous to bother.” I consider it all hopeless at this point. We shall have to try to prevent things from coming to that, if at all possible. Our armed forces, however, are not the thirtieth strongest in the world, but rather the second or third. We have the capability to take the world down with us. And I can assure you that that will happen before Israel goes under.’

According to Hirst, this is not new for Israel. As early as the 1950s Israeli Defense Minister Pinhas Lavon, “‘constantly preached for acts of madness’ or ‘going crazy’ if ever Israel were crossed.”

Apparently, Israelis still embrace that approach.

Two days of Israeli bombings had killed 47 Lebanese and wounded 103, Health Minister Mohammed Jawad Khalife said. Besides the Israeli civilian, eight Israeli soldiers had also been killed.

This is in addition to the Palestinians they killed yesterday.

Israel killed at least 23 Palestinians in Gaza on Wednesday, including nine members of one family.

And they have no intention of stopping.

“Nothing is safe (in Lebanon), as simple as that.” [Israeli Brig. Gen. Dan Halutz]

Moreover, instead of pointing out the dire consequences of this extraordinary aggression, our nitwit president eggs them on.

“[P]eople need to protect themselves. ***There are terrorists who will blow up innocent people in order to achieve tactical objectives.*** In this case, the objective is to stop the advance of peace.” [George Dubya Bush]

Doesn’t he hear himself speak? ISRAEL IS BLOWING UP INNOCENT PEOPLE in order to achieve tactical objectives!!!

But, Israel doesn’t stand unopposed.

French Foreign Minister Philippe Douste-Blazy called Israel’s bombardment of Beirut airport “a disproportionate act of war,” saying there was a real risk of a regional war.

[In contrast, he] condemned Hizbollah’s firing of rockets into northern Israel and the seizure of the soldiers [as] “irresponsible acts.”

[Similarly,] Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov denounced both Israel’s attack on Lebanon and its operations against the Palestinian territories.

“This is a disproportionate response to what has happened and if both sides are going to drive each other into a tight corner then I think that all this will develop in a very dramatic and tragic way[.]”

Coming from a nation with the capability to wipe Israel off the map - not in words, but in deed - Israel had better take heed.

As for the rest of us - we should consider the Israeli general’s warning to innocent Lebanese civilians . . .

[You] should understand the situation and draw the proper conclusions if concerned about [your] safety.

Because no one is immune from their logic.

British Airline Buckles Before Islam

The growing influence of Islam in the UK is not being felt just at ground level as the sight of soaring spires from newly constructed mosques pushes towards the heavens above British towns and cities but it is also being felt at 36,000 feet, after a British airline announced it has banned staff from taking Bibles and wearing crucifixes or St. Christopher medals on flights to Saudi Arabia to avoid offending the country's Muslims.

British Midland International
also has told female flight attendants they must walk two paces behind male colleagues and cover themselves from head to foot in a headscarf and robe known as an “abaya”. In addition there is a ban on the carriage of Teddy bears or other cuddly toys.

Outrageous

Angry cabin crew have said this is one PC move too far. An unnamed staff member told reporters: "My gran gave me a crucifix shortly before she died and I wear it at all times. I don't see why I have to remove it."

The crew member added "It's outrageous that we must respect their beliefs but they're not prepared to respect ours."

About 40 staff members have filed complaints since the route began in September but a spokesman for the airline said that the only option is to transfer from overseas staff to domestic flights, which could mean a loss of about £15,000 a year in wages.

BMI officials explained their decision by referring to Saudi Arabia’s strict religious laws – which treat women as second class citizens, prohibit public practice of Christianity and display of animal symbols.

BMI spokesman Phil Shepherd said: "In providing air services people want, demand and use, we have an obligation to respect the customs of the destination country."

Not reciprocated

Of course there have been no demands by British airlines to force Muslim staff to remove their headdress or symbols when flying over British airspace as it is always US (the majority British secular and Christians) who have to give and THEM (militant Muslims) who always take.

Many died in prison camps- but how

Is Israel obtaining reparations under false pretences? There have been many disturbing reports that far less than 6 million died and that it may not have been in gas chambers as we have been led to believe. Of course with the news media in the hands of the "chosen people" very little is ever heard of all the other nationalities who perished and particular Russian prisoners. Let us not kid ourselves, the prisoners were treated very inhumanely and many died as a result but do they have to lie to get compensation? Well I suppose so, maybe I would lie if I thought I was going to get much more out of it.

With this admission by none other than the respected head of the Auschwitz State Museum, one of the most sacred 'facts' of history has been destroyed. This 'gas chamber' is the major historical 'fact' on which much of the foreign and domestic policies of all Western nations since WWII are based.

It is the basis for the $100+ billion in foreign aid the United States has poured into the state of Israel since its inception in 1948 - amounting to $16,500 for every man, woman and child in the Jewish state and billions more paid by Germany in 'reparations' - not to mention the constructing of Israel's national telephone, electrical and rail systems...all gifts of the German people. It is the basis for the $10 billion 'loan' (read 'gift') made to Israel for housing its immigrants in the occupied territories...while Americans sleep on the streets and businesses are bankrupted by the thousands. Germany is paying 'reparations' - the United States is making major contributions - to atone for the 'gassings at Auschwitz' and elsewhere. If the 'homicidal gas chambers' were post-war creations of the Soviets, in which no one was gassed regardless of race, creed, color or country of national origin, then these 'reparations' were unnecessary, and were based on fraud.

The videotape on which Dr. Piper makes his revelations was made in mid-1992 by a young Jewish investigator, David Cole and follows 12 years of intensive investigation by dozens of historians, journalists and scientists who have tried to get to the bottom of what really happened at Auschwitz.

Like most Americans, since his youth, Cole had been instructed in the 'irrefutable fact' that mass homicidal gassings had taken place at Auschwitz. The number of those executed - also declared irrefutable - was 4.1 million.

Then came the Leuchter Report in 1988 which was followed with an official 're-evaluation' of the total deaths at Auschwitz (down to 1.1 million). As a budding historian - and a Jew - Cole was intrigued.

Previous to 1992, anyone who publicly doubted or questioned the official 4.1 millon 'gassing' deaths at Auschwitz was labeled an anti-semite, neo-nazi skinhead at the very least. Quietly, because of revisionist findings, the official figure was lowered to 1.1 million. No mention was made of the missing 3 million.

The Cole videotape interview proves that the people who run the Auschwitz State Museum had made a practice of fabricating 'proofs' of homicidal gassings. Keep in mind that over the years millions of tourists have been told that 'Krema 1' is in its original state, while officials knew that 'original state' is a ie.

The political, religious, fiancial and historical ramifications of this proof of no homicidal gas chambers at Auschwitz cannot be measured. Coupled with the Leuchter Report, the Cole interview with Dr. Piper on videotape proves that what Western governments have taught about the Auschwitz gas chamber since WWII is a lie. It proves that what televangelists such as Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson have been telling their flocks is simply not true.

No one, regardless of race, creed, color or country of national origin was gassed to death in any building so designated at Auschwitz. And without 'homicidal gas chambers' at Auschwitz, where is the reasoning for the special treatment of the state of Israel?

Make it illegal - Now there is something that would win votes.



Tipping is one of the most intrusive annoyances devised by mankind and has become standover tactics overseas.



The following notice was received on a recent P & O cruise. It must have taken them ages to figure out how the language could be couched so as not to look too objectionable. The object of course was to rely on the passenger being too embarrassed to refuse to pay – however quite a few did object.



Dear Guest

Although tipping is voluntary, & at passengers' discretion, we are frequently asked by passengers to recommend an appropriate daily amount, & we suggest $4.50 per passenger (aged 13 years and over) per day.



For passengers' convenience, P&O Cruises has introduced a method of tipping that makes it easier to reward staff for their excellent service. Tipping is simply the traditional way of saying "Thank You".



The suggested amount of $4.50 will be added to each passenger's (aged 13 years and over) shipboard account on a daily basis. This allows for the collection of tips without the need for cash and helps to ensure your accommodation and dining room staff who have served you are rewarded. Of course the level of tipping remains a very personal matter and is very much dependent on the level of service provided. We offer passengers the option of adjusting or removing the standard daily charge at any time during their cruise, or directing it to specific staff who have provided excellent service. The staff at our Purser's Desk will be delighted to assist passengers in relation to any queries they may have about their tipping amount.



By the way who pays for a cruise with bad service and then has to bribe staff to obtain good service?

* They say it is “voluntary” but they add it to your bill daily without your consent

* They say you have the option of “directing it to specific staff” but on asking the staff we were told that they have to hand in all tips

Although informed twice to deduct these amounts and close my account I still received a bill on my door on the last day which asked me to see the purser. I saw him alright!!



A few more highlights:

Two of us were chased by a taxi driver into a department store in New York when only the correct amount on the meter was paid.



Again in New York about 15 of us at a hotel were refused our passports until we paid tips they said we owed.



In a Vancouver restaurant the check out girl asked me if I wanted my $4 change and looked quite startled when I said of course. She had no cash register and had to go into a back room to get it.



All day on a boat on the Rhine river a woman with a bladder problem was not allowed into the toilet unless she paid a tip each time.



In France women are in the toiled with you with a plate – a little closer might have made it interesting.



On a bus tour (in Australia) a bus driver who owned the bus plus two other buses had a collection taken up for him even from pensioners who had saved up for the trip.



This has been just a small sample of all the little spats I have had.



Now a useful tip if going on a cruise or organised trip inform the organisers that you will be paying in cash. Do not give them your credit card number as many did to their sorrow. My partner did that and even though she had a receipt we now find that another $240 has been taken out of her account. So now she has the problem of fighting to get it back.

LEADERS of Muslim protests that threatened more terror attacks on Britain, in response to the publication of cartoons depicting the prophet Mohammed, are to face questioning by police after a weekend of complaints over chants and placards praising the July 7 suicide bombers



Politicians from all parties, Muslim leaders, the press and the public have criticised Scotland Yard for not arresting extremists they accuse of inciting violence.



There are calls for Metropolitan Police chief Ian Blair to explain if officers were ordered to adopt a "softly softly" approach in dealing with two rallies outside the Danish embassy in London.



The cartoons, first published by Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten last September, have exposed a difference in mindset between the Muslim world and the West since they were first reprinted in a Norwegian magazine recently and by other European newspapers claiming to be defending freedom of speech.



British newspapers did not publish the cartoons, but yesterday they led the outcry over the freedom given to protesters to call for murder in response to the cartoons.



The Sun called on readers to identify demonstrators whose photos it published under the headline "Name Them", while The Guardian wrote that "no society can allow the threats that were made on Friday's march to pass without further action".



"Senior figures at Scotland Yard have told The Times the priority was to maintain public order and that there were fears that if officers had tried to make arrests or confiscate banners there would have been violence."



"Those who threatened to kill should ... be arrested, cautioned and placed under surveillance. If appropriate, the authorities must not be afraid of bringing charges," the paper said.

Protest leaders claim the police gave them the go-ahead to carry banners praising Osama bin Laden and the July7 bombers.

I had as a guest an ex-NSW Policeman last Saturday night. He said that the situation in Cronulla was seething for months, with the local police doing absolutely nothing about it. If, in his opinion, the Police took early and immediately action, it would not have built up to the recent riots. What was stopping the police in taking action? Well simply, not wanting to inflame those from the Middle East, regardless of the fact, he said, that youths from that community had been bashing up life-guards and harassing our white woman for months before. The blame can be given to the authorities. For the Federal Government for letting those people come here in the first place and for the local police for being politically correct.

While I agree with much of the cartoons which appear in newspapers slander such as that which is aimed at patriotic political parties is often on the nose and maybe religion should be a No No but not in the case of the Islamics until those hypocrites stop publishing and yelling hate against Christianity or religions other than their own.

That demagogues and agitators are exploiting those cartoons of Mohammed to advance a war of civilizations and expel Europeans from the Middle East seems undeniable.

But that does not excuse the paralyzing stupidity of that Danish paper in running those cartoons ­ or the arrogant irresponsibility of European newspapers in plastering those cartoons all over their front pages.

The storm first broke last September, when Jyllands-Posten published 12 caricatures of Mohammed, including a lampoon of the Prophet with a terrorist bomb as a turban. In the Islamic faith, any depiction of the face of Mohammed is forbidden.

The Danish paper knew this. It published the cartoons to protest "the rejection of modern, secular society" by Muslims. The cartoons were thus a defiant provocation. And they succeeded.

The Middle East responded with a boycott of Danish foods and goods. But when, in the name of press solidarity, Le Soir and Le Monde in Paris, El Pais in Madrid and Die Welt in Berlin republished the cartoons on page one, Islam exploded. For this was an in-your-face declaration by the secularist media of the European Union that it will exercise its right to insult any God, any Prophet, any faith, whenever it so chooses.

"Enough lessons from these reactionary bigots," said Serge Faubert, editor of Le Soir. "Just because the Quran bans images of Mohammed doesn't mean non-Muslims have to submit to this."

Faubert, however, is not a Danish soldier in the Shi'ite sector of Iraq. Innocents will pay the price of his heroism.

The U.S. State Department seemed to empathize with Muslim rage, stating that "inciting religious or ethnic hatred in this manner is unacceptable." But, within hours, State had retreated to neutral ground: "While we share the offence that Muslims have taken at these images, we at the same time vigorously defend the right of individuals to express points of view."

As of today the Danish consulate in Beirut has been burned, Danish embassies have been stormed, and Danes are fleeing the Middle East. Europeans are getting out of the West Bank, Gaza and Beirut, where mobs are attacking embassies and Christian churches.

Islamic countries have recalled ambassadors from Copenhagen. People have been injured and property destroyed in mob assaults as far away as Indonesia. Relations between the West and the Islamic world have been dealt another rupturing blow.

And for what? What was the purpose of this juvenile idiocy by the Europress? Is this what freedom of the press is all about ­ the freedom to insult the faith of a billion people and start a religious war?

Can Europeans be that ignorant of the power of the press to inflame when Bismarck's editing of just a few words in the Ems telegram ignited the Franco-Prussian war? Did Europeans learn nothing from the Salman Rushdie episode? Or the firestorm that gripped the Islamic world when Christian ministers in the United States called Mohammed a "terrorist"?

European governments are wringing their hands over the rage and violence unleashed, but they seem paralysed. What is the matter? Why cannot they denounce press irresponsibility while defending press freedom? Even friends of the West like Hamid Karzai in Afghanistan, President Hosni Mubarak in Egypt and Tayyip Erdogan in Turkey have denounced these cartoons as insults to Islamic values and deeply damaging to Western interests.

British Foreign Minister Jack Straw deplored republication of the cartoons as "insensitive ... disrespectful ... wrong." But German Interior Minister Wolfgang Shauble haughtily dissented, "Here, in Europe, governments have nothing to say about which publisher publishes what."

What hypocrisy. When it comes to what Germans are most sensitive about, Hitler and the Holocaust, they are ruthless censors. We have "speech codes" in colleges and "hate crimes" laws to protect minorities from abusive remarks. But newspapers that hail these codes throw a blanket of "artistic freedom" over scatological art that degrades religious symbols ­ from putting a figure of Christ in a jar of urine to a "painting" of the Virgin Mary surrounded by female genitalia and elephant dung that hung in a Brooklyn museum.

What has happened in Europe is that the secular press, which loves to mock the beliefs and symbols of religious faith, has now insulted a deadly serious religion that answers insults with action.

I have seen a similar listing of the Australian parliaments which unfortunately I now do not have but the list included at least two politicians in jail on sex and bribery charges. One must wonder why we have to obey laws imposed upon us by criminals and perverts and others who have an agenda designed to enrich themselves rather than a desire to govern us in a compassionate manner:-

Now, please don't tell me you're surprised. This woman wants to be President of the United States --- and there is a huge percentage of Voters who are eager to help her achieve that goal.



Don't forget Hillary Rodham Clinton, as a New York Senator, now comes under this fancy congressional Retirement and Staffing Plan. It's common knowledge that, in order for her to establish NYS residency, they purchased a million+ dollar house in upscale Chappaqua, NY. Makes sense. Now, they are entitled to Secret Service protection for life. Here is where it becomes interesting. The mortgage payments hover at about $10,000 per month. BUT, an extra residency had to be built within the acreage in order to house the Secret Service agents.



The Clinton's now charge the Secret Service $10,000 monthly rent for the use of said Secret Service residence and that rent is just about equal to their mortgage payment, .......meaning that we (USA), the tax payers, are paying the Clinton's mortgage, their transportation, their safety and security, their 12 man staff, and it's all perfectly legal.

93% voted to scrap multiculturalism

Recently Channel 9 asked its viewers to vote on whether they wanted to scrap multiculturalism. The results were predictable! 93% voted to scrap it. The White-Washing of a `Riot'

For those of us who have been following the so­-called `race riots' in the media of late will have witnessed something quite interesting; the evolution of a state-sponsored lie. The events on the 11th of December 2005 frightened the government, as it should - a 30+ year social experiment just blew up in their faces. The government was running scared just prior to the event, on the Friday prior to the 11th , Morris Iemma and Carl Scully fled the Cronulla Police station, making a hasty exit stage left instead of answering the concerns of angry locals, they ran and they are running still.



Initially, the ‘riot' was reported as being a drunken mob on a rampage, however this did not suit the government, the last thing they wanted was Australian TV sets replaying images of ordinary people protesting against the government and it's reverse racist policies, so the fine tuning began. So in the December 12th edition of the Sydney Morning Herald, the event was reported as:

"... 200-odd ringleaders, many clutching bottles or cans of beer and smoking marijuana ..."

The idea here is to `identify' a group, marginalise and alienate them from the bulk of the people who were there and thus present an image that it was not ordinary people causing the trouble, but some nasty minority with their own agenda. It seems though that dope-smoking drunkards just didn't cut it for the government, so they delved far a more suitable scapegoat.



The new scapegoat became the "neo-Nazis", this line was probably put forth by the group www.fightdemback.com via their media contacts, indeed, an article appeared on their blog that suggested the involvement of `racists' and appeared to be the first mention of this `fact':

"The challenge now from am anti-racist perspective is to bring about a productive dialog between the affected groups. The main danger (and it has already started) consists of figures from the racist right hijacking this incident for their own ends."



It wasn't long before this `fact' was being reported in the media:

* The Daily Telegraph: White supremacists casting a black cloud [December 20,2005]



... and other such strident, hysterical headlines, I'm sure their keyboards were fairly slobbering at the prospect of more such titillating headlines invented by `frothing at the mouth' journalists.

There was more fine-tuning of the story by the government, it wasn't mere neo-Nazis, it was white supremacists and apparently representatives of Australian far-right groups. It was even reported that ‘white supremacists' and `racists' were `egging' the crowd on, supplying the alcohol and have even been accused of sending the SMS messages:



".Mr. Henderson-Hau said neo -Nazis had manipulated the crowd at Cronulla. If you remove the Nazis from the equation, you will go a long way to dousing the flames and hopefully some cool heads will emerge on bath sides, 'said Mr. Henderson-Hau."

Far-right groups admit to role (The Australian, December 13, 2005)



"And yet, this week, two stories offer a very different view of Down Under. Race riots shook Sydney, Australia's biggest city, with thousands of white youths rampaging through ca well-known beach suburb, attacking people of Middle-Eastern background. They were egged on by white supremacists ' and neo-Nazis."

Neighbours aren't always good friends (The Daily Telegraph, December 15, 2005)



"The Australia First Party and its youth wing, the Patriotic Youth League, handed out anti-immigration leaflets and supplied alcohol at Sunday's riot.”

With the appropriate lies manufactured, a scapegoat is created, the Australian population can now be debriefed, this was perfect for the government and they pushed that line hard, in an attempt to scare off any support or sympathy for the response of shire residents on 11th of December 2005, a ‘riot' successfully 'white-washed'. It was reported in various papers and news reports as 5000 angry white men, when the truth is there were people there from a variety of backgrounds, in effect, it was truly a ‘multicultural' event.



Why is the government ignoring the underlying causes of the Cronulla `riot"? All they have done is plaster the cracks with a few thousand police, rounded up and arrested a dozen or so people and had the New Years Eve fireworks declare that 'all is well' and we have put all that Cronulla nastiness behind us.



Over the years Cronulla residents have endured growing disrespect toward themselves and their culture, this growing disrespect was ignored by the government and not acted upon by the PC police ‘service' until the perpetrators were emboldened to attack a quintessential Australian icon, the volunteer life guard, which culminated in the events we saw in Cronulla. Although the Cronulla surfies have apologised profusely, many of us are still waiting for an apology from the Lebanese community for the attacks on the two life guards, indeed, a so-called representative of the Lebanese-Muslim community who accepted the apology letters in a ‘ceremony' at Cronulla, while grateful to receive the letters of apology, said that he didn't speak for the whole Lebanese- Muslim community. I wonder for what percentage of the community he does speak for?



The recent unrest around Sydney in December reveals a much deeper social problem then what the authorities would admit. It is difficult to understand why the PC brigade squeal about the Cronulla riot being such a blemish on their shiny multicultural icon, when such social unrest is the inevitable outcome of an ideology that promotes such nonsense as `together in diversity' and the growth of insular enclaves at the expense of the host culture. These cultures grind at each other like tectonic plates, pressure building up to an eruption of tension, or a social tsunami. It doesn't have to be like this, there should not be cultural clashes in Australia, there should not be multiple independent cultures, yet this is what multiculturalism encourages, isolated ethnic enclaves within otherwise culturally homogenous suburbs. Those same isolated ethnic enclaves produced the London bombers, these men, living in these 'mini-countries within a country', isolated culturally and in most cases, economically from main stream British society, came to believe their own country- men and women were the enemy. There are clerics in Sydney and Melbourne who preach similar views.



The whole principle of Multiculturalism needs to be scrapped and a return to the mis-named 'white Australia policy' should be advocated. The 'white Australia policy' was not some idea about `keeping the foreigners out'* it was a policy of vetting new arrivals on their suitability and ability to assimilate into the existing Australian culture. There is no reason why new-arrivals cannot retain elements of the culture they have left, there is certainly no reason why new-arrivals should be able to re-create in Toto, including the problems and strife, the countries they fled from within our suburbs, including attempts to institute their civil law codes.

Australia doesn't need, not should it become, a multicultural basket case, the riots we have seen around the world, Paris, Birmingham are a glimpse into our future, a future that most right-thinking people would want to avoid. What can we expect the government to do, can we expect Morris lemma to 'crack-down' on his own electorate? Will we see the end of soft PC policing in NSW? Will John Howard go on cultivating votes from the event? Sadly, the answer is what we all know and expect from our politicians.



This current government is responsible for wrecking our communities, for directing Police on the night after the riots to 'go easy' on the Lebanese thugs; if they continue on their reckless course of 'diversity' and blind multiculturalism, Australia's future will be clear. We only have to look at Paris to see what Sydney will be like in a few short years.

If they were honest they would be shown as Australian citizens with their racial ancestry. One would also be enlightened if standing on an English railway platform taking “English” migrants to the Airport. Many a Briton would heave a sigh of relief to see them go.

This is the way the establishment lies to us lulling many into a false sense of feeling that it is not so bad after all and no doubt hoping that the backlash will come too late.

Ancestry in the 2001 Census
The 2001 Census of Population and Housing included the question 'What is the person's ancestry?', to which 93% of the population responded. Ancestry is as reported by the person and reflects their own assessment of their cultural and ethnic background. As up to two ancestries were recorded per person, some people will be counted in more than one category.

Ancestries were classified using the Australian Standard Classification of Cultural and Ethnic Groups (ASCCEG) (ABS cat. no. 1249.0). The classification recognises the self-defined and self-reported ancestries of all Australians and includes ancestries which refer to nations (e.g. French), to groups within nations (e.g. Maori, Sinhalese), or which refer to a group or region which crosses national boundaries (e.g. Kurdish, Jewish).

First generation Australians are people living in Australia who were born overseas.

Second generation Australians are Australian-born people living in Australia, with at least one overseas-born parent.

What is the ethnic make-up of the Australian population? This question is asked for practical reasons, to do with planning programs aimed at immigrants and their children, but it also has a wider interest. Both the general public and social researchers are interested in ethnic and national identity, and in issues of cultural continuity and change. Some of the cultural affiliations of people in Australia are apparent from their birthplaces, the birthplaces of their parents, the languages they speak, and their religions. However, broader information, on self-reported ancestries in the population, can also indicate cultural diversity and change in Australia.

In 2001, the two most common ancestries of the Australian population were Australian (reported by 6.7 million people) and English (reported by 6.4 million). The third most common was Irish (1.9 million people), followed by Italian (800,000), German (742,000), Chinese (557,000) and Scottish (540,000). A further six ancestries were each stated by between 150,000 and 500,000 people - Greek, Dutch, Lebanese, Indian, Vietnamese and Polish. In total, more than 160 ancestries were separately identified, many of which were relatively uncommon (70 were each stated by less than 2,500 people).

Since 1986, the fastest growth among the leading ancestries has been in South and East Asian ancestries, with Chinese, Vietnamese and Indian ancestries more than doubling in number by 2001. Lebanese ancestry also increased rapidly over the period, by 76%. These changes are consistent with the broad trends in immigration and the birth rates of immigrants in Australia. However, other changes seem to have resulted from people describing their ancestry differently in 2001 than they had in 1986. Among the leading ancestries, increases in Australian, Irish and German ancestries and decreases in English, Scottish and Welsh ancestries appear to reflect such shifts in perception or reporting. These reporting shifts at least partly resulted from changes in the design of the census question, in particular the introduction of a tick box format in 2001.

Change in ancestry since 1986
Prior to 2001, an ancestry question had not been included in the census since 1986. As a result of the experience gained in the 1986 Census, the concept of ancestry was refined, a more exhaustive classification of ethnic and cultural groups was developed, and the format of the question was modified. A key conceptual difference compared with 1986 was an acceptance that the purpose of an ancestry question is to capture current ethnic or cultural affiliations, which are by nature self-perceived, rather than to attempt to document actual historic family origins. For this reason, 'Australian' was included as one of the tick box answers to the ancestry question. In contrast, in 1986 it was regarded as a less informative response and not included among the example answers to the question. For these reasons, only broad comparisons between 1986 and 2001 are possible.



Australian ancestry
In 2001, 39% of the population reported Australian ancestry (either as their only ancestry or as one of two). Almost all those who gave Australian as an ancestry were born in Australia (99%) and had at least one Australian-born parent (98%). While some people stating Australian ancestry were first or second generation Australians, most of these people had a family connection to Australia. Of the 1% who were born overseas, three-quarters had an Australian-born parent. Of the 16% who were second generation Australians, most had an Australian-born parent as well as one born overseas (91%).

Just over three-quarters of the Australian ancestry group stated no other ancestries. Among the 24% who did report another ancestry, the ancestries most commonly stated were English (reported by 13% of the total Australian ancestry group), Irish (3%), Scottish (1%), German (1%) and Italian (1%). Less than 1% of the Australian ancestry group spoke a language other than English at home.

Over half (52%) of children aged less than 15 years were reported as having Australian ancestry, a higher proportion than in older age groups. This is largely due to the lower proportion of children than adults who were born overseas.

The number of people reporting Australian ancestry in 2001 was almost double the 3.4 million (24% of the population) who gave Australian as their ancestry in the 1986 Census. This reflected a shift to reporting Australian ancestry among Australian-born people with Australian-born parents. Among these people, the proportion stating Australian ancestry increased from 33% to 56%, making this the group most likely to state Australian ancestry in 2001. There was also a substantial increase in reporting of Australian ancestry among Australian-born people with one parent born in Australia and one born overseas. Of this group, 33% stated Australian ancestry in 1986 and 49% in 2001. The explicit inclusion of Australian as an ancestry response in the 2001 Census (through its inclusion among the tick box answers) seems likely to have influenced this change. However, a real change in cultural affiliations may also have contributed. Compared with 1986, some people may have placed more value or relevance on their Australian affiliations and less on historic ties to England.



Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
Indigenous peoples are identified in the census by their answers to specific questions regarding whether people are of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander origin. In 2001, 410,000 Indigenous persons were counted in the census, an increase of 16% over 1996, continuing the trend of recent years (see Population Distribution, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians 2001, ABS cat. no. 4705.0). The most common responses of Indigenous peoples to the ancestry question were Australian (59% of Indigenous people), Australian Aboriginal (25%), English (17%), Irish (7%), Torres Strait Islander (3%) and German (2%).



British and Irish ancestries
From the beginning of the colonial period until after the Second World War, people from the United Kingdom and Ireland made up a large majority of people coming to Australia. They continue to make up a substantial proportion of immigrants (for example 10% of those arriving between 1986 and 2001 came from England, the second largest group after New Zealanders). Therefore, many Australian-born people can trace their origins to these countries. In 1986, 8.2 million people (57% of the population) reported at least one British or Irish ancestry. Despite continued immigration from the United Kingdom and Ireland, in 2001 the total number stating a British or Irish ancestry decreased to 7.7 million, or 44% of the population. However, different trends were observed for the two ancestry groups.

All the British ancestries decreased in number and as a proportion of the population. English ancestry was reported by 6.6 million people (46%) in 1986. This decreased to 6.4 million (37%) in 2001. The numbers of people stating Scottish and Welsh ancestries decreased more markedly than did the number reporting English ancestry (by 27% and 29% respectively). However, in contrast to these decreases, the number of people stating Irish ancestry more than doubled, from 903,000 to 1.9 million, and as a proportion of the population this group increased from 6% to 11%. Australian-born people with Australian-born parents were the major contributors to these changes. Among these people, the proportion stating a British ancestry decreased from 59% in 1986 to 41% in 2001, while the proportion stating Irish ancestry increased from 8% to 14%.

As well as the changes to the format of the ancestry question between censuses, the reasons for these changes may include changes in the perception or awareness of British or Irish ancestry among people living in Australia. For example, it has been suggested that a new, positive stereotype of Irish people has replaced a negative view.1

Ancestry and post-war immigration
In 2001, the leading ancestries other than Australian, British and Irish, were those stemming primarily from immigration since the Second World War. These ancestry groups ranged in size from the 800,000 people reporting Italian ancestry to 151,000 reporting Polish ancestry. They included ancestries associated with earlier waves of post-war immigration, such as German (742,000) and more recent immigration, such as Indian (157,000). People who were either first or second generation Australians made up a substantial majority of all these groups, except those of German ancestry. While 42% of those of German ancestry were migrants or their Australian-born children, the majority were born in Australia to Australian-born people. German immigration to Australia was quite high in the post-war period up to the 1960s, then dropped substantially, allowing sufficient time for many German migrants to have Australian-born grandchildren. Germans were also the largest overseas-born group in Australia, other than the British or Irish born, in the 19th and early 20th centuries. At the other extreme, almost all people of Vietnamese ancestry were first or second generation Australians, consistent with the timing of Vietnamese immigration, which essentially began in the mid-1970s and increased over the 1980s.

The timing and rate of immigration from particular countries determines whether sufficient time has passed for the earliest migrants to have had Australian-born children or grandchildren, and also whether the first generation has been 'replenished' by new arrivals, or has gradually aged and diminished. The leading post-war ancestries differed in the relative sizes of their first and second generation in 2001. Among those of Italian, German, Greek, Dutch and Lebanese ancestry, people who were second generation Australians outnumbered those who were first generation. Among people of Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese and Polish ancestry, the first generation was larger than the second.

In 2001, almost a quarter of the total population (24%) stated more than one ancestry. Some ancestries were typically stated as a sole ancestry, while others most often occurred in combination with other ancestries. Relatively few people of Vietnamese ancestry stated another ancestry (6%). The proportion of people stating another ancestry was also relatively low for the Lebanese (12%), Chinese (15%) and Indian (17%) ancestry groups. Compared with these groups, people of Greek (21%), Italian (34%) and Polish ancestries (37%) were more likely to state another ancestry, but the ancestries associated with post-war immigration which were most likely to occur in combination with another ancestry were Dutch (43%) and German (68%). The British and Irish ancestries were all relatively likely to occur in combination, with Irish ancestry the most extreme case (76% also stated another ancestry). Two related factors contributing to these differences are the length of time since the first immigrants of each group arrived and the extent to which people from each group have married people from different backgrounds in Australia.

Within some ancestry groups, people share the cultural tie of speaking a common language other than English. Among the leading ancestries, the proportion of people who spoke a language other than English at home was highest for those of Vietnamese (96%), Lebanese (80%) and Chinese (80%) ancestry and lowest for those of Dutch (15%) and German (10%) ancestry. In most ancestry groups, one language predominated. However, the languages spoken by those of Chinese ancestry were Cantonese (40% of the ancestry group) and Mandarin (24%), with a further 6% speaking other Chinese languages, and 9% speaking a Southeast Asian language.

Those ancestry groups most likely to speak a language other than English at home, such as Vietnamese, were associated with recent immigration, while the ancestry groups least likely to speak a language other than English, such as German, had a longer history in Australia. Other factors besides time, and number of generations in Australia, are also thought to affect the pace at which immigrants and their descendants shift to speaking only English at home. For example, the size and geographic distribution of the group and the extent to which they intermarry with people of other backgrounds, appear to be influential.2 Factors such as these may explain some of the differences in the proportion of people speaking a language other than English between ancestry groups such as Dutch (15%) and Italian (42%), where the differences in the timing of immigration are not as pronounced as between German (10%) and Vietnamese (96%).

Ancestry and birthplace
Most of the leading ancestries are strongly associated with Australia and one other birthplace. For example, in 2001, of people stating Italian ancestry, 69% were born in Australia, and 27% were born in Italy, with the remaining 4% spread across many other birthplaces. However, this was not the case for Chinese and Indian ancestry. Due to the historic migrations of people from China, especially to Southeast Asia, Chinese ancestry was associated not only with Australia (26%), China (25%) and Hong Kong (11%) but with several other birthplaces, such as Malaysia (10%) and Viet Nam (8%). Likewise, Indian ancestry in Australia was associated with Fiji as a birthplace (18%), in addition to India (43%) and Australia (23%).

The supporters of the alien Marxist concept which has been called political correctness but which is in fact political tyranny have scored another "own goal" by calling for the rewriting of a favourite nursery rhyme.



The inmates who have taken control of the asylum want infants to recite the words "baa baa rainbow sheep" instead of the original "baa baa black sheep". But parents are reported to be furious at this politically inspired nonsense. Several nurseries have changed the traditional rhyme so as not offend ethnic minorities, it has been reported. Labour Party supporters in charge of these places of toddler education claim that the words "black sheep" alienate and offend young black children.



Stuart Chamberlain, manager of the Family Centre in Abingdon and the Sure Start centre in Sutton Courtenay, Oxfordshire, defended the move.



"This is fairly standard across nurseries. We are following stringent equal opportunities rules. No one should feel pointed out because of their race, gender or anything else."



Children at the Family Centre in nearby Abingdon are also taught the 'PC' version. But parents are reported to be unhappy with the move.



Historic lineage



"Baa Baa Black Sheep is one of the most well-known nursery rhymes for generations," one parent told The London Times.



Although the first publication of the nursery rhyme was in 1744, it probably dates back to the Middle Ages, possibly to the 13th Century and relates to a tax imposed by the king on wool.



One-third went to the local lord (the 'master'), one-third to the church (referred to as the 'dame') and about a third was for the farmer (the 'little boy who lives down the lane').



"It's a new Stalinist approach to good manners and respect." John Midgley, co-founder of the Campaign Against Political Correctness, said: "This is absolutely ridiculous. If they say it's for equal opportunities then it's counterproductive."



Several black sheep tracked down to fields in Oxfordshire were interviewed by BNP correspondents only to be greeted with a "no comment, can we please get back to eating the grass" response. Despite several manhours of effort no rainbow sheep were located and this particular ovine variety remains elusive.

We should fear Holland’s silence

Islamists are stifling debate in what was Europe’s freest country, says Douglas Murray



‘Would you write the name you’d like to use here, and your real name there?” asked the girl at reception. I had just been driven to a hotel in the Hague. An hour earlier I’d been greeted at Amsterdam airport by a man holding a sign with a pre-agreed cipher. I hadn’t known where I would be staying, or where I would be speaking. The secrecy was necessary: I had come to Holland to talk about Islam.



Last weekend, four years after his murder, Pim Fortuyn’s political party, Lijst Pim Fortuyn, held a conference in his memory on Islam and Europe. The organisers had assembled nearly all the writers most critical of Islam’s current manifestation in the West. The American scholars Daniel Pipes and Robert Spencer were present, as were the Egyptian-Jewish exile and scholar of dhimmitude, Bat Ye’or, and the great Muslim apostate Ibn Warraq.



Both Ye’or and Warraq write and speak under pseudonyms. Standing at the hotel desk I confessed to the girl that I didn’t have any other name, couldn’t think of a good one fast. I was given my key and made aware that the other person in the lobby, a tall figure in a dark suit, was my security detail. I was taken up to my room where I changed, unpacked and headed back out â€â€Â the security guard now positioned outside my bedroom door.



I had been invited to deliver the closing speech to the memorial conference on what would have been Fortuyn’s 58th birthday. I said I would talk on the effects of Europe’s increasingly Islamicised population and advocate a tougher European counterterror strategy. There was no overriding political agenda to the occasion, simply a desire for frank discussion.

The event was scholarly, incisive and wide-ranging. There were no ranters or rabble-rousers, just an invited audience of academics, writers, politicians and sombre party members. As yet another example of Islam’s violent confrontation with the West (this time caused by cartoons) swept across the globe, we tried to discuss Islam as openly as we could. The Dutch security service in the Hague was among those who considered the threat to us for doing this as particularly high. The security status of the event was put at just one level below “national emergency”.



This may seem fantastic to people in Britain. But the story of Holland â€â€Â which I have been charting for some years â€â€Â should be noted by her allies. Where Holland has gone, Britain and the rest of Europe are following. The silencing happens bit by bit. A student paper in Britain that ran the Danish cartoons got pulped. A London magazine withdrew the cartoons from its website after the British police informed the editor they could not protect him, his staff, or his offices from attack. This happened only days before the police provided 500 officers to protect a “peaceful” Muslim protest in Trafalgar Square.



It seems the British police â€â€Â who regularly provide protection for mosques (as they did after the 7/7 bombs) â€â€Â were unable to send even one policeman to protect an organ of free speech. At the notorious London protests, Islamists were allowed to incite murder and bloodshed on the streets, but a passer-by objecting to these displays was threatened with detention for making trouble.

Holland â€â€Â with its disproportionately high Muslim population â€â€Â is the canary in the mine. Its once open society is closing, and Europe is closing slowly behind it. It looks, from Holland, like the twilight of liberalism â€â€Â not the “liberalism” that is actually libertarianism, but the liberalism that is freedom. Not least freedom of _expression.



All across Europe, debate on Islam is being stopped. Italy’s greatest living writer, Oriana Fallaci, soon comes up for trial in her home country, and in Britain the government seems intent on pushing through laws that would make truths about Islam and the conduct of its followers impossible to voice.



Those of us who write and talk on Islam thus get caught between those on our own side who are increasingly keen to prosecute and increasing numbers of militants threatening murder. In this situation, not only is free speech being shut down, but our nation’s security is being compromised.



Since the assassinations of Fortuyn and, in 2004, the film maker Theo van Gogh, numerous public figures in Holland have received death threats and routine intimidation. The heroic Somali-born Dutch MP Ayaan Hirsi Ali and her equally outspoken colleague Geert Wilders live under constant police protection, often forced to sleep on army bases. Even university professors are under protection.



Europe is shuffling into darkness. It is proving incapable of standing up to its enemies, and in an effort to accommodate the peripheral rights of a minority is failing to protect the most basic rights of its own people.



The governments of Europe have been tricked into believing that criticism of a belief is the same thing as criticism of a race. And so it is becoming increasingly difficult and dangerous to criticise a growing and powerful ideology within our midst. It may soon, in addition, be made illegal.



I had planned â€â€Â the morning after my speech â€â€Â to see Geert Wilders, but instead spent the time catching up with his staff. Their leader had been called in by the police to discuss more than 40 new death threats he had received over the previous days.

As I left the Netherlands I once again felt terrible sorrow for a country that is slowly being lost. A society which should be carefree and inspiring has become dark and worried. The first substantive report produced by Voiceless is an analysis of the pork

industry in NSW. It explains why pigs are so rarely seen these days:

The industry is largely foreign-owned. Ownership is highly concentrated,

with the number of pig producers declining by 94 per cent in the past 30

years across Australia.



Only about 805 people are directly employed in pig farming in NSW.

Productivity has increased by 130 per cent since 1971 because of the rise

of factory farming, where pigs spend their entire lives behind closed doors.



Sow stalls are so small that pregnant pigs cannot turn around or take more

than one step.



All sows in stalls are clinically depressed and have high levels of urinary

tract infections. Sows are re-impregnated repeatedly, give birth on concrete,

and are unable to make a nest. Piglets, which take months to wean naturally

and bond closely with their mothers, are removed at eight to 15 days.



Abrupt weaning causes high rates of clinical disease and diarrhoea.

Pig aggression increases as space decreases.



This cruelty is institutionalised by NSW government regulation.

The Failure of Australian Gun Laws

The following was sent to a correspondent in the USA.

We are all aware now of the disastrous flow on of the populace being disarmed and many citizens have had first hand experience of this folly.

Criminals can now commit their crimes knowing that their is little chance of retaliation with a firearm. House invasions while the occupants are home have become common place. It is reputed that the safest places are where hand guns are permitted in the USA. Would you mug someone if you thought that person might have a hand gun? Or would you break into a house if you thought you might be blasted into eternity?



It is time idiot politicians took note of the statistics.



By the way I would not keep a firearm in my premises but I would feel comforted by the fact that a criminal might think I did.

Australian Gun Law Update

Hi Yanks, I thought you all would like to see the real figures from Down Under. It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were forced by a new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by our own government, a program costing Australia taxpayers more than $500 million dollars.

The first year results are now in: Australia-wide, homicides are up 6.2 percent, Australia-wide, assaults are up 9.6 percent ; Australia-wide, armed robberies are up 44 percent (yes, 44 percent)! In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up 300 percent.
(Note that while the law-abiding citizens turned them in, the criminals did not! and

criminals still possess their guns!)

While figures over the previous 25 years showed a steady decrease in armed robbery with firearms, this has changed drastically upward in the past
12 months, since the criminals now are guaranteed that their prey is unarmed. There has also been a dramatic increase in break-ins and assaults of the elderly, while the resident is at home.

Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public safety has decreased, after such monumental effort and expense was expended in "successfully ridding Australian society of guns." You won't see this on the American evening news or hear your governor or members of the State Assembly disseminating this information.

The Australian experience speaks for itself. Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws affect only the law-abiding citizens.

Take note Americans, before it's too late!

A top scientist gave a speech to the Texas Academy of Science last month in which he advocated the need to exterminate 90% of the population through the airborne ebola virus. Dr. Eric R. Pianka's chilling comments, and their enthusiastic reception again underscore the elite's agenda to enact horrifying measures of population control.

Pianka's speech was ordered to be kept off the record before it began as cameras were turned away and hundreds of students, scientists and professors sat in attendance.

Saying the public was not ready to hear the information presented, Pianka began by exclaiming, “We're no better than bacteria!”, as he jumped into a doomsday malthusian rant about overpopulation destroying the earth.

Standing in front of a slide of human skulls, Pianka gleefully advocated airborne ebola as his preferred method of exterminating the necessary 90% of humans, choosing it over AIDS because of its faster kill period. Ebola victims suffer the most tortuous deaths imaginable as the virus kills by liquefying the internal organs. The body literally dissolves as the victim writhes in pain bleeding from every orifice.



Pianka then cited the Peak Oil fraud as another reason to initiate global genocide. “And the fossil fuels are running out,” he said, “so I think we may have to cut back to two billion, which would be about one-third as many people.”

Later, the scientist welcomed the potential devastation of bird flu and spoke glowingly of China's enforced one child policy, before zestfully commenting, “We need to sterilize everybody on the Earth.”

At the end of Pianka's speech the audience erupted not to a chorus of boos and hisses but to a raucous reception of applause and cheers as audience members clammered to get close to the scientist to ask him follow up questions. Pianka was later presented with a distinguished scientist award by the Academy. Pianka is no crackpot. He has given lectures to prestigious universities worldwide.

One horrified observer was able to make notes on the speech and our gratitude goes to Forrest M. Mims for bringing this sickening display to the attention of the world.

Throughout history elites have invented justification for barbaric practices as a cover for their true agenda of absolute power and control over populations. Up until the 19th century, the transatlantic slave trade was justified by saying that the practice was biblical and therefore morally redeemable in nature, despite the fact that no such bible passage exists.

From 1932 until 1972, the Tuskegee Study Group (pictured below) deliberately infected poor black communities in Alabama with syphilis without their consent and withheld treatment as the diseased rampaged through the town killing families.



Pianka's doomsday warning of the population bomb, for which Mims claims he presented no evidence whatsoever, is complete pseudo-science. Populations in developed countries are declining and only in third world countries is it expanding dramatically. Industrialization itself levels out population trends and even despite this world population models routinely show that the earth's population will level out at 9 billion in 2050 and slowly decline after that. "The population of the most developed countries will remain virtually unchanged at 1.2 billion until 2050," states a United Nations report . Conservation International's own study revealed that 46% of the earth's surface was an untouched wilderness, that is land areas not including sea. It is commonly accepted that the entire world population could all fit into the state of Texas and each have an acre of their own land.

Will the students who so enthusiastically greeted his ideas go home and kill themselves for the cause if it is so righteous?

It was noted how Pianka presented his argument with the kind of glee that you would see in a demented serial killer before dispatching his victim. This is an attitude we have encountered again and again. To discuss killing 90% of the world's population via a horrific plague is sick enough within itself but you would at least expect its advocates to be serious and sober in their approach to the subject. The opposite seems to be the case, where the subject is aired in a context of lighthearted lip-smacking and hand-rubbing as if the individual was about to sink his teeth into a T-bone steak.

This window gives us a clear view of exactly why these deranged bastards encompass this ideology. They love death and their lives are motivated by dark influences very different to you or I.

In the 21st century the elite are concerned that from over 6 billion people might spring a new elite to challenge their stranglehold on the reigns of power. This is one reason for desire to cull the population down to a manageable level. Another is control over the behavior of the existing serfs and herding them like cattle into the slaughter house.



As we have documented, members of the elite are quite open in their feverish lust to commit mass murder and ethnic cleansing. In the foreword to his biography If I Were An Animal, Prince Philip wrote, "In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation."

National Security Memo 200, dated April 24, 1974, and titled "Implications of world wide population growth for U.S. security & overseas interests," says:

"Dr. Henry Kissinger proposed in his memorandum to the NSC that "depopulation should be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World." He quoted reasons of national security, and because `(t)he U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less-developed countries ... Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies and to the economic interests of U.S."

Kissinger prepared a depopulation manifesto for President Jimmy Carter called 'Global 2000' which detailed using food as a weapon to depopulate the third world.

One of the most chilling admissions of deadly intent came from the lips of the late Jacques Cousteau, the sainted environmental icon. In an interview with the UNESCO Courier for November 1991 the famed oceanographer said:

"The damage people cause to the planet is a function of demographics â€â€Â it is equal to the degree of development. One American burdens the earth much more than twenty Bangaladeshes. The damage is directly linked to consumption. Our society is turning toward more and needless consumption. It is a vicious circle that I compare to cancer...."



"This is a terrible thing to say. In order to stabilize world population, we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it’s just as bad not to say it."

The Melbourne Age reported on recently uncovered documents detailing Nobel Peace Prize winning microbiologist Sir Macfarlane Burnet's plan to help the Australian government develop biological weapons for use against Indonesia and other "overpopulated" countries of South-East Asia.

Pianka's ideology is in the same league as Hitler, Pol Pot, and the rest of history's despots who advocated mass extermination and had the temerity to dress it up in a 'noble' Straussian facade. We demand that he be investigated for openly calling for mass murder and in the meantime we encourage everyone to click here and e mail Pianka, enabling him to receive your feedback about his wish to kill your children.

Worried Labour MPs open new front to fight BNP threat on their doorstep

Labour MPs worried about the rise of the British National Party (BNP) are setting up a parallel campaign organisation because they fear their own party is not doing enough to counter the far-Right.

More than 50 MPs in areas where the BNP is strong are working closely on tactics with the new organisation - Labour Friends of Searchlight - before May 4's local elections, in which it is feared the extremists will at least double their number of council seats.

The counter-attack came to light as the BNP launched its election campaign yesterday with calls for segregation in schools of children who do not speak fluent English, for benefits to be repaid by asylum seekers being put to work to clean up the streets, and for compulsory school checks for head lice.

Its "12-point" plan also included plans for "low taxes", "action against corruption", and the ending of "trendy failure" in schools.

Among the aims of the Labour MPs in the fightback against the BNP is to build on ideas put forward by Gordon Brown, the Chancellor, for reclaiming the national flag from the far-Right and portraying Labour as the true patriotic party.

More than 120,000 St George's Day leaflets with a picture of the England football team containing four black players have been sent out by the group, mainly to strong BNP areas in east London, the West Midlands, West Yorkshire and Lancashire.

At the last World Cup the BNP refused to support the English team because it had black players - and backed Denmark instead.

The leaflet says that as well as excluding black players such as Rio Ferdinand, the BNP would eject David Beckham, who is a quarter Jewish, and Wayne Rooney, who is of Irish descent.

Every Labour MP has been sent a letter alerting them to the need for a more highly organised anti-BNP strategy.

Jon Cruddas, the Labour MP for Dagenham and a former No 10 adviser, said the threat could no longer be ignored. Because of the electoral system, Labour, the Conservatives and Liberal Democrats tended to concentrate their election efforts on key marginal seats, overlooking their "core vote".

"This is not a criticism of the Government," said Mr Cruddas, who expects the BNP to gain six seats in his own constituency.

"But we have to complement the current strategy in key marginals with one that also addresses some of the consequences in our traditional Labour heartlands. That is what we are trying to do."

In the last elections the BNP took 22 council seats. It now has 24. It is said to be a potential threat in 80 wards across the country next month.

Nick Lowles, of the anti- fascist Searchlight group, said that "beyond the basic sentiments, like saying the BNP is awful" Labour was not doing enough.

Support for the BNP, he said, was rising in traditional Labour areas because of disillusionment with the Blair Government, the rise in the number of immigrants, tensions over terrorist attacks and the recent controversy over anti-Muslim cartoons.

Labour Friends of Searchlight campaign, which also helps the Conservatives and Liberal Democrats against the BNP, is led by Frank Dobson, the former Labour Cabinet minister. It is concentrating on bringing sophisticated canvassing, mailing and leafletting approaches to those areas where Labour is strong but the BNP is on the rise.

Nick Griffin, the BNP leader, chose a spot next to a Sikh temple in Grays, Essex, for yesterday's campaign launch in which he said his party was "standing for local freedom, security, identity, democracy" and putting "Britain first". "Everyone living in our country should have to learn English," he added.

His party manifesto reads: "If minorities want to teach their own children their native languages, they should do so in their own time and at their own expense."

It adds that "foreign" pupils with poor English should not be "allowed to drag down standards and hold back native English-speakers".

It also says that "BNP councillors will do everything in their power to prevent asylum seekers being dumped in our areas".

Mr Griffin said that neither he nor his party was racist.

A mayoress has been stripped of her title after joining the British National Party in the hope of "shutting the door on immigration".



Rose Thompson, 49, a former independent councillor, was forced to step down as Mayoress of Keighley, West Yorks.



Her move makes her the second BNP representative on Keighley town council alongside Angela Clarke.

.Extracts: of an address by Brig George Mansford (Rtd) to FNQ RSL 6 June 06 made during a luncheon to celebrate ninety years since the League was formed.

 The League can also note that in the past it has had much influence on Politicians.  

Over many years there has been significant success in maintaining equity in pensions and veterans rights but regrettably not so in recent years. On the contrary there has been a rapid decline.  

The constant crusade to provide facilities and care for the aged.

How many widows have been under its care in the ninety years of service?

But what of tomorrow?

There will be increasing challenges?

Unlike the past when the WW1 membership was dramatically increased by WW2 veterans. Membership is now on the decline. 

There is an increasing number of Ex-service Organizations which in some cases present unrealistic and irrelevant demands on government. The inescapable reality is that if demands /strategy are not coordinated the end result will simply be a dilution of RSL influence. .     

Eroding benefits are evident be it the disability pension or a simple visit to the dentist.  

Veteran Organizations should be careful of the temptation to be lured by the promise of more medals. I suspect in some organizations it consumes virtually all of their effort. The treasurer and minister for veteran affairs would be pleased.   

Reality spells out that as the number of veterans is reduced so does the Leagues influence on politicians, thus how do we capture membership?

How do we maintain the interest and attention of political parties?

Anzac DAY numbers are increasing. It is not a time for public bickering on how the day should be conducted but a time to be seen by the nation that it is everyone’s day. It is a time to be proud of your effort in increasing the numbers for Anzac Day parades but is also a time to plan on how those numbers can be maintained and increased. .

The RSL should take up the cudgel and set the example for all ESO's. The burning issue is why are we not more vocal in supporting the Armed Forces when the various branches come under attack by a irresponsible media who in the main simply do not understand the ethos and needs of the warrior who may be required to initiate action beyond the normal and accepted rules of civilised social behaviour.  

I am of the view we need to define new objectives that all understand and which can be pursued by all as one. Objectives which are achievable within a given time frame and which will capture the interest of our youth and entice support of the overall public.
Finally let me be very blunt. I am of the very strong view there is an urgent need for closer communications with other ESO's and coordinating a united and aggressive assault on what is clearly an indifferent government to military history and the health of those veterans who created it. The current government's priority appears to be directed at politicising the current military.

Let there be no doubt that unless there is a united effort with common goals, the veteran community will further suffer from increasing neglect of future governments, be they Liberal, or whatever. Governments will continue to fragment and divide veterans concerns for their own political interest and advantage. .

We  live in an increasing selfish confused and demanding society which will make the tasks ahead even more difficult. 

 There will come a time when even the youngest of the youngest veterans will age and need care. For them and all the aging veterans, the RSL should sound the charge and lead the assault with minimum delay before we are destroyed,  muddling and shuffling around in the FUP still arguing about new medals being dangled before us. Its time for leadership. Its time to put status and credibility back into the League.
